Red Lentil Falafel with Cashew Tzatziki

Vegan red lentil falafel is simple and quick to make, and it’s also oil-free, gluten-free, high in protein and most importantly extra delicious!
Ingredients
1,5 cup of dry red lentils, soaked for an hour
2-3 tbsp of flour (I use chickpea flour)
2 tbsp ground flaxseed
½ cup of fresh cilantro
½ cup of fresh parsley
3 cloves of garlic
2 tbsp tahini
1 tbsp za’atar
1 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
1 tsp smoked paprika
salt, pepper
