I am currently recovering from an awful viral infection that has forced me to “up the protein” due to losing a lot of my strength. I am SO happy to see this tasty option with lentils! How fun!?

I was wondering if you rinsed the lentils beforehand? If so for how long? Were the lentils you put into the pot already cooked or not?

    Thank you in advance!

Hi Sarah, I don’t rinse the lentils beforehand and I put them in with the sauce raw. You can see the full recipe instructions on my blog – the link is right below the ingredients. 🙂 Glad you are on the mend – hope you’re back to 100% soon!
