Red Rice with Braised Garlic Chili Broccolini, is one of those simple yet plentiful dishes that not only looks good but tastes even better.
Ingredients
Rice:
1 cup red rice
2 cups water
1 tsp sesame oil
pinch of salt
Broccolini:
1lb broccolini greens (450 g)
1 clove garlic minced
Pinch of dried chili flakes
1 Tbsp canola oil
1/2 tsp sesame oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Braising liquid:
1/4 cup vegetable stock
1/8 cup of steaming water from broccolini
