Pumpkin Pot Pie Pumpkin Pot Pie from Earthy Feast // There is kale in this pot pie! Not to mention roasted pumpkin, kidney beans, and other delicious things. This would be a great meatless main dish for Thanksgiving.

Cauliflower Curry Cauliflower Curry from Cubit’s Organic Living // I buy seeds from Cubit’s and this recipe is a sad reminder that I didn’t plant my cauliflower this fall. Sigh. But I will buy a cauliflower from the farmers market and drown my sorrows in delicious curry. I love that there are sweet potatoes and chickpeas in here too!
