If there’s any time you can justify indulging, it’s the holidays. I’m never going to pass up a cookie or a cheesy casserole at this time of year, but when it comes to snacks and appetizers, I’m all about light foods. Because obviously I want to have room for dinner and dessert! Here are some fabulous healthy snacks from Potluck members:
Smoky Sweet Potato Hummus from Dishing Up the Dirt // I have yet to find a store-bought hummus that can beat homemade! Serve this with baguette slices and a tray of fresh veggies for an easy Thanksgiving appetizer.

7-Layer Taco Dip from For the Love of Leaves // Growing up, we had a variation of this dip at so many get-togethers, but usually it’s full of cheese and sour cream. This version omits those ingredients, so it’s vegan!

Rosemary & Sea Salt Roasted Chickpeas from Kitchen Treaty // Why serve a bowl of boring nuts when you could serve crunchy, roasted chickpeas?! If you haven’t tried roasting your chickpeas before, they make a great snack.

Buffalo Cauliflower Bites with Ranch Dip from Nutrition Stripped // I am hopelessly addicted to these things. And if you don’t want to make the cauliflower bites, the ranch dip alone would make a great snack for parties. It’s both dairy- and soy-free–it’s made with cashews!

Pizza Puffs from Life Currents // These are pretty much the definition of a crowd-pleaser, right? Everyone will love these puffy little bites of pizza goodness.

Rosemary Parmesan Polenta Fries from The Spicy RD // I’ve made these before and I can vouch for them–they are delicious!
