Ingredients
Dressing :
2 Tbs agave/ honey
1 Tbs white miso
2 Tbs water
3 tsp spicy brown mustard
2 tsp olive oil (optional, but recommended)
¾ tsp garlic powder
black pepper to taste
Salad:
1 bunch asparagus, tough ends removed. Cut into 2″ pieces
1 avocado, sliced
2 cups pea shoots
