Strawberry & Rhubarb Chia Seed Jam

This strawberry rhubarb jam is naturally sweetened with orange juice and maple syrup and has a hint of cardamom spice.
Ingredients
Jam:
11 oz. (310g) strawberries, rinsed and hulled
5 oz. (140g) rhubarb
¼ cup (60ml) freshly squeezed orange juice
⅓ cup (80ml) + 1 TBS maple syrup
½ tsp freshly ground cardamom
1½ TBS chia seeds
Herbed Goat Cheese and Baguette Snack:
1 large baguette, sliced into ½-inch slices
5 oz (140g) goat cheese, softened
1 tsp fresh thyme, roughly chopped
