Mooli ka paratha – stuffed pan-fried flatbread with seasoned white radish filling. Delicious and wholesome, just right for brunch.
Ingredients
Wheat flour (atta) – 1 cup
White radish (mooli) – 3 medium
Carom seeds (ajwain) – 1/4 teaspoon
Raw mango powder – 1/4 teaspoon
Green chilies – 2
Coriander leaves – a few sprigs
Salt – to taste
Ghee – for pan-frying the parathas, about 1/2 teaspoon per paratha
