55g grated courgette
30g grated carrot
40g leek finely diced
50g raw cashews
2 tbsp lime juice
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp water
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1tbsp ground almonds (optional)
