A tasty summer flatbread topped with asparagus, artichoke, eggplant and melted cheeses! Skip the white pizza and go green!
Ingredients
Whole grain naan or your favorite flatbread/pitabread x2
1-2 cups of asparagus dip [see below]
4-6 artichoke hearts, chopped
4-6 cooked asparagus spears, sliced thin
1 small graffiti eggplant, sliced into rounds
a few ounces of gruyere + feta cheese for topping
salt + pepper to taste
