Sweet Rosemary Roasted Carrots- incredibly easy to make and will complement any main dish. Also a healthy snack when you’re craving something sweet.
Ingredients
10-12 carrots with stems, tops trimmed
2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil or coconut oil
1 tablespoon maple syrup (this makes it pretty sweet, you may want to use a little less if you don’t want it quite as sweet)
1/4 teaspoon ground sea salt
1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
