Thandai is a spiced, cooling Indian drink usually made during Summers and at festivals like Holi. It’s sometimes mixed with crushed Marijuana (Bhang) and consumed chilled!
Ingredients
For the Ice Cream:
Heavy Cream 400 grams
Condensed Milk 200 grams
Milk 1/2 cup
Thandai Masala 2 tablespoons
Pistachio (Optional) 2 tablespoons
Rose Petals (Optional) 1 tablespoon
For Thandai Masala :
Cashewnuts 1/2 cup
Pistachio 5-6
Almonds 1/4 cup
Peppercorns 15
Cardamoms 6-7
Melon Seeds (Magaz) 2 tablespoons
Fennel Seeds 2 tablespoons
Rose Petals 2 tablespoons
Dry Poppy Seeds 1 tablespoon
Saffron 10-15 strands
