200 grams pasta – fresh, or a good dried is fine (3½ ounces)
400 grams of tomatoes (7 ounces)
¼ cup fresh basil leaves – finely chopped
Chili flakes or powder to taste
Good olive oil – about ½ cup, garlic infused if you can find it
Salt and pepper
