Using the easy and convenient modified dinner fork method, I was able to pit a handful of cherries in no time. I made this vegan chocolate cherry pudding, garnished with some whole pitted cherries. Everybody in my family enjoys both the taste and the look!
14 large pitted cherries (or more)
9 oz silken tofu
1 cup full-fat coconut milk
2 tbs special dark coca powder, unsweetened (I use Hershey’s)
2 tsp agave nectar
¼ tsp pure stevia extract powder (Now Brand)
1-1/2 tbs starch (corn or tapioca)
