Ingredients
1 cup dates with pits removed
½ cup peanut butter
1 banana mashed
1 cup of rolled oats
¼ cup currants or raisins
⅓ cup almonds chopped
⅓ sunflower seeds
⅓ cup pumpkin seeds
¼ cup dried unsweetened coconut flakes
2 tablespoons hemp hearts
¼ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon cinnamon
