Ingredients
4 pita breads (I use whole wheat)
1 cup hummus, prepared or homemade
1 8-ounce jar roasted red peppers (or about 1 cup homemade)
1 avocado, pitted and sliced
1/2 medium cucumber, peeled and sliced
1/2 small red onion, sliced
1 cup romaine or leaf lettuce, shredded
Salt & pepper
