Ingredients
Ice Cream:
1/3 cup raw cashews, soaked for 4-8 hours, drained and rinsed
1 banana
½ cup water
¼ cup unsweetened, shredded coconut
¼ cup coconut oil, melted
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
pinch of sea salt
Chocolate:
2 tbsp coconut oil
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder or raw cacao powder
2 tbsp maple syrup
pinch of sea salt
