¾ cup + 1 tablespoon non-dairy milk
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
1½ cups organic fine cornmeal
½ cup oat flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon ground cloves
½ teaspoon ground allspice
¼ teaspoon ground ginger
¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
¼ teaspoon baking soda
½ cup + 2 tablespoons pure pumpkin puree
3-4 tablespoons coconut sugar, depending on how sweet you want your bread
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
