Vegan Slow Cooker Southwest Chili

A hearty and flavorful chili that meat and vegetarians alike can enjoy. Filled with hearty beans, filling vegetables, and tons of flavor for a perfect winter time meal.

Ingredients

1 cup dried black beans
1 cup dried pinto beans
1 quart vegetable broth
1 15 ounce can diced tomatoes
1 4 ounce can green chillis (mild or hot depending on preference)
1 cup diced green onion
1 cup frozen corn
3 Tablespoons chili powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon granulated garlic
1 Tablespoon cumin
1 teaspoon oregano
