Vegetarian Tandoori Naan Pizza

A colorful vegetarian pizza bursting with spicy tandoori flavor on top of a thin and crispy crust. This flatbread pizza is perfect as an appetizer or a meal!
Ingredients
1/3 cup yogurt (I used non-fat Greek yogurt)
1 and 1/2 TBS tandoori paste
1/4 tsp cumin
1 tsp lemon juice
1 medium sweet potato
2 tsp olive oil
2 whole wheat naan breads
2 collard green leaves
1/2 medium red pepper, sliced into strips
1/4 medium red onion, thinly sliced
1/4 cup crumbled goat cheese
