This burger won the vote in this week’s NutriPic, and these delicious veggie burgers are healthy, nutritious and super easy to make.
Ingredients
2 large sweet potatoes
1 x 400g/14oz can kidney beans, rinsed, drained and mashed
280g/10oz cooked quinoa
90g/3oz ground almonds
1 red onion, finely chopped
2 tsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. smoked paprika
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 x 200g/7oz can sweetcorn
