Velvety, soy-free, dairy-free, vegan coffee creamer. For hot coffee, cold coffee, and black tea.
Ingredients
1/3 cup raw cashews or raw macadamia nuts or blanched almonds, soaked in water for a minimum of 4 hours, drained and rinsed
1 cup fresh water, room temperature
2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
1 tsp pure maple syrup
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1/8 tsp sea salt
