Whipped Pumpkin Seed & Spinach Bean Dip

A fun new hummus recipe to add to your repertoire using creamy, dreamy pumpkin seed butter.

Ingredients

1 clove garlic, peeled
2½ cups (about 2 2/3, 15 oz. cans) cooked chickpeas, drained and rinsed
¼ cup fresh lemon juice
¼ cup well-stirred Sprouted Pumpkin Seed Butter
2 tsp ground cumin
2 tsp sea salt
1 tsp mild smoked paprika
Ground pepper, to taste
1 cup tightly-packed baby spinach
1/3 cup water
Crackers, veggies, or pita, for serving
