Ingredients
Chia Jam:
1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries

2 tablespoons chia seeds
Muffins:
1½ cups white whole wheat flour

1 tablespoon baking powder

½ cup coconut sugar
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
2 tablespoons melted coconut oil
