Zero carb vegetarian chow fun
ZERO CARB Shrirataki noodles are back! This time a wide “fettuccine” style shirataki noodle. It looks a lot like Chow Fun noodles, a broad rice noodle, which inspired this recipe.
This is an addictive, simple and carb-free way to satisfy your noodle cravings!
Shirataki noodles come from a yam-like tuber. Glucomannan starch is extracted from the tubers, which is then made into traditional shirataki noodles. Glucomanan is the highest source of soluble fiber, and soluble fiber is a weight loss aid, so zero carbs & weight loss support all in one!!! Weehoo!!
