Corn and yellow zucchini add glamour quotient to an otherwise sad porridge recipe. Trust me, you won’t regret the veggies you tossed into this zucchini corn dalia recipe.

Ingredients

Broken whole wheat (dalia) – ½ cup
Sweet Corn – 1/4 cup
Yellow zucchini cut into small cubes – 1/4 cup
Green capsicum cut into small pieces – 1/4 cup
Onion finely chopped – 1/4 cup
Garlic cloves chopped – 2
Green chili chopped – 1
Cumin seeds (zeera) – ½ tsp
Lime juice – 1 tsp
Olive Oil – 2 tsp
Salt to taste
