Ingredients
Soup:
1 1/2 cups carrots, diced
1 small yellow onion, finely chopped
2 celery stalks leaves and all, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
2 medium potatoes, diced
1 Tbsp chopped fresh dill
2 bay leaves
pinch of paprika
dash of onion powder
Pinch of sea salt and freshly ground pepper
4 cups vegetable stock
1/2 cup of whole cream
Garnish:
Broken up fresh dill
