¾ Cup Israeli Whole Wheat Couscous
1 Cup Low Sodium Vegetable Broth
2 Cup Diced Roma Tomatoes
1 Cup Diced Cucumber
¼ Cup Chopped Red Onion
¼ Cup Diced Fresh Dill
¼ Cup Chopped Parsley
