Ingredients
– 1 medium yellow onion
– 3 or 4 kale leaves (not too big)
– 4 slices of bread (use GF if needed)
– 2 slices of vegan cheese of your choice, store bought or homemade (use GF/soy-free/nut-free as needed)
– Dijon mustard
– salt and pepper to taste
– olive oil
