Ingredients
8 ounces tempeh
1 teaspoon five spice powder
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 lb baby bok choy, sliced
6 ounce bag baby spinach
3 cups cooked and cooled brown rice
½ cup edamame hummus
½ cup fermented sauerkraut
Pea shoots, microgreens or sprouts
Chili oil, for serving
