This Blackberry Basil Chia Jam is incredibly delicious, incredibly easy to make, AND incredibly versatile. Enjoy it with cheese, spread on toast, with peanut butter, stirred into porridge, OR directly from the jar with a spoon (no judgement).
Ingredients
16oz/450g blackberries (fresh or frozen)
3-4tbsp maple syrup (or use honey)
juice of 1 lemon
1 cup basil leaves
2 tbsp chia seeds
