A whole grain risotto (no stir!) made with brown risotto rice & seasoned with oozy blue cheese & garlic chives.
Ingredients
water
vegetable stock paste
miso paste
olive oil
onion
garlic
brown risotto rice
drinkable, dry white wine
fresh lemon juice
vegetarian ‘Parmesan’
fresh herbs (I used garlic chives)
butter
blue cheese (I used Dunsyre Blue)
sea salt, to taste
freshly ground black pepper
