Apricot “speculoos” smoothie

A quick smoothie recipe that mimics the taste of speculoos, while being 100% raw! A perfect start to a bright summer day!
Ingredients
2 big, ripe apricots
2 dates
2 tbsp flax seeds (or oat flakes, but it won’t be 100% raw if your oats are pre-cooked. Use certified GF oats if necessary)
1 tbsp whole almond butter
1/4 tsp speculoos spices (or a mix of cinnamon and ground ginger if you can’t find pre-made speculoos spice mix)
almond milk
