1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
½ cup perlini (pearl-size) fresh mozzarella balls
¼ cup loosely packed fresh basil leaves, torn into small pieces
½ ripe avocado, cut into chunks
2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
Flaky sea salt and fresh cracked black pepper, to taste
