1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup corn kernels
1/2 cup Queso Fresco cheese, crumbled
1/2 tablespoon fresh squeezed lime juice
1/8 tsp. salt, plus more for seasoning the avocados
1/8 tsp. black pepper
4 avocados
1-2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, roughly chopped
1-2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
