Ingredients
1 lb (500 g) portobello mushrooms (4 to 5 medium-size mushrooms, about 4 inches in diameter)
2 Tbsp olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 Tbsp chopped parsley
1 tsp chopped thyme
salt, pepper, to taste
4-5 cheese slices (a kind that melts)
