A creamy and spicy tomato soup with a hint of celery. All the flavours of a Bloody Mary in a soup, minus the vodka of course!
Ingredients
2 cups fresh (or canned) diced tomatoes
1 celery stalk, roughly chopped
1 yellow onion, diced
1 clove garlic, roughly chopped
2 little dried cayenne pepper (or less for a milder soup)
1 cup vegetable broth (or water)
1/2 cup cream (use soy dream for vegan)
olive oil, salt, pepper
