Ingredients
Butternut Fritters:
2 cups cooked navy beans
1 cup butternut squash puree
2 cloves of garlic minced
1 small onion about 1/2 cup chopped
1 tsp salt or to taste
few dashes of pepper
1 tablespoon dried thyme
Sage Pesto:
3 packed cups of fresh spinach
2 tablespoons chopped fresh sage
3 tablespoons pepitas soaked
1 clove garlic
juice of one large lemon
2 tablespoons flax oil or evoo
1/2 teaspoon salt or to taste
