Ingredients
Dough:
2 1/4 teaspoons yeast (1 packet)
1/2 cup warm water
1/4 cup refined coconut oil, liquid
2 tablespoons coconut sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons arrowroot powder
2 1/2 cups light spelt flour
Filling:
1/2 cup coconut sugar
1/2 teaspoon cardamom
2 teaspoons coffee granules
1/3 cup finely chopped raw pistachios
coconut oil, for brushing
