50g pecans – soaked in water for at least 2 hours
4 carrots
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
50ml water – filtered or mineral
1 1/2 tbsp tamari
1 1/2 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp sea salt
3 sundried tomatoes
