2 lbs butternut squash (peeled & cubed)
1 cup onion (large dice)
1 tbsp fresh ginger (minced)
4 cloves garlic
¼ cup O Organics Coconut Oil
2 tsp fresh rosemary (chopped)
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp black pepper
3 cups water

1 cup O Organics Plain Almond Milk
