It’s a Kerala sweet dish just like layered crepes..gave a twist from normal one with caramelized plantain..
all purpose flour-1 cup
egg-6 (2 for batter & 4 for filling)
plantain-2 big (cut to thin pcs)
Sugar-as per needed
Cashew nuts & raisins- a handful (sauteed in ghee)
ghee-as per needed (be generous)
