For the crust:
2/3 cup Almonds or Hazelnuts
8 fresh dates (or dry, soaked for at least 10 minutes in warm water or 4 Medjool dates)
2 teaspoons Almond butter (or 2 more dates)
1 pinch sea salt
For the filling:
1 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
3 tablespoons chia seeds
1 teaspoon lemon zest (from an organic lemon)
1 mashed banana or 1 tablespoon maple syrup
2 1/2 cups cherries
