Chestnut and Sundried Tomato Pâté

A slightly sweet pâté that goes with everything. It’s great on bread or use it as a dip with crudités.

Ingredients

100g cooked peeled chestnuts (the ones that come in a vacuum pack)
8 sundried tomatoes
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Pinch of salt
