Red chilli powder – 2 tsp
Coriander powder – 2 tbsp
Sambar powder – 1 tbsp
Tamarind – Lemon sized
Coriander leaves (Chopped) – 4 tbsp
Salt – as needed
Hing (Perungayam) – a generous pinch
Jaggery – 2 tsp
To Season:
Gingelly Oil (Sesame oil) – 4 tbsp
Mustard – ½ tsp
Fenugreek seeds – ¼ tsp
Jeera (Cumin Seeds) – ½ tsp
