Ingredients
3/4 C Wild rice
1/2 C Goji berries
1 C Cooked chickpeas
2 Green onions, thinly sliced
1/4 C Chopped mint
2T Chopped basil
1-1/2 T Olive oil
1-1/2 T Apple cider vinegar
Zest of 1/2 a lemon
Salt and pepper, to taste
1/4C Almonds, lightly toasted and chopped
