Chocolate Mochi Mug Cakes – decadent dessert in under 3 minutes!
Ingredients
2 tablespoons sweet rice flour (also called glutinous rice flour)
1 tablespoon sugar
½ tablespoon unsweetened dutch-processed cocoa powder (I use Rodelle cocoa powder)
⅛ teaspoon baking powder
½ tablespoon vegetable oil
2 tablespoons non-fat milk (or soy milk)
Optional: powdered sugar for sprinkling on top
