2 large plantains (green or yellow peels will work, see above)
2 heaping TB of organic, sustainably sourced red palm oil (if green peels) or organic, virgin coconut oil (if yellow peels)
pink Himalayan sea salt, to taste
3/4 cup dark chocolate chips (I like this brand)
