Serves: 10 blossoms + 10 sage leaves

Squash blossoms are the most amazing and enticing creations of nature. Both as an appetizer, on a pizza, or even mixed in a pasta. They are delicious, and beautiful.

10 squash blossoms
10 sage leaves
4 tablespoons of all purpose flour

1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon crushed black pepper
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
