Homemade Kimchi – Here’s a super-easy way to make this normally tricky probiotic-rich dish.
Ingredients
1 medium sized head of Napa or Savoy cabbage, cored, quartered and cut into 1-2 inch pieces
2 tbsp sea salt
2 tbsp liquid aminos
2 tbsp coconut sugar
¼ cup pineapple juice
¼ cup water
2 tbsp peeled ginger, coarsely chopped
¼ cup garlic cloves
1 small onion, peeled and quartered
1/3 cup red chili flakes
2 carrots, peeled and grated
4 green onions, sliced
